Los Angeles, CA (September 8, 2009) - Vagrant Records is pleased to announce their partnership with Black Rebel Motorcycle Club to releaseLive, a 2-DVD, 1 CD set on November 10, 2009 on the band's ownAbstract Dragon label.
The
DVD features over two hours of live concert footage from three sold out
shows in Berlin, Dublin and Glasgow. The footage documents the end of
the band's 2007 tour in support of Baby 81 , their most recent
full-length release. The live audio was mixed by BRMC's own Peter Hayes
and the gritty cinematography keeps the band's music front and center
while viewers experience the show both from the stage and from the
audience's perspective.
Over ninety minutes of unadorned,
intimate behind-the-scenes footage is captured on the second bonus DVD
along with additional performance footage. Viewers accompany BRMC as
they record songs from Howl, see the making of the "Weapon of Choice" video, and witness inspired, impromptu off-stage performances.
The
package is rounded out by a bonus audio CD featuring 14 songs from the
concert film and a gorgeous 48-page booklet of previously unseen
backstage and candid photos of the band. The full track listing and
cover art will be revealed in the coming weeks.
The Los
Angeles, CA-based group is currently at The Station House studio in
Hollywood finishing work on their fifth studio album. This will be the
band's first recording with drummer Leah Shapiro and is expected to
have a March 2010 release.

The band are currently in the process of writing their next studio album and next year will see the release of the band's first ever full length DVD.

BRMC TO RETURN TO MEXICO AND SOUTH AMERICA

The band is happy to announce their return to Mexico City and will then continue on to Bogota, Columbia.
BRMC will do a headline show in Mexico City on October 30th at the Vive Cuervo Salon.
General tickets will go on sale September 18th.
On November 2nd, BRMC will play the Rock Al Parque Festival at the
Parque Metropltiano Simon Bolivar. There is no ticket charge for this
show, attendance is free.
BRMC FEATURED IN "SONS OF ANARCHY" SERIES PREMIERE

"Sons Of Anarchy" airing Wednesday, September 3rd at 10pm (check your
local listings).
"Sons of Anarchy" is the new drama from the creators of "The Shield"
about a notorious outlaw motorcycle club intent on protecting their
sheltered small town against encroaching drug dealers, corporate
developers and overzealous law officers.

and play the Summerfest Grounds on August 29th in Milwaukee, WI for
Harley-Davidson's 105th Anniversary!

Rounding out the end of their tour with Stone Temple Pilots, BRMC will
be doing two more headline shows....San Francisco and San Diego.
The band will stop in San Francisco on September 8th and 9th for two
nights at The Great American Music Hall. The 8th will be acoustic and
the 9th will be electric.

As promised, the band has just confirmed and announced another headline show, this one is in SEATTLE.
First show is in less than 2 weeks at CLUB 86 in Hollywood, California
Everyone is putting 100% into this band. There is no more Cold War Direction and there is no more Nick Jago solo artist. We're a band and couldn't be happier about this.
There will be some even more substantial announcements to come.
